A special, limited-edition bottling, which with a low dosage of 4.5 g/l brings a completely new character to the range of the Kreinbacher traditional method sparkling wines. 3% of the base wine was aged in oak barrels for 8 months, and 9% reserve wine was used during the blending. Wild flowers, ripe pears, quince and strong yeasty notes appear on the nose. It’s an elegant, fresh wine with soft bubbles and pronounced acidity.
