An Extra Dry traditional method sparkling wine made from the Pinot Noir (49%), Chardonnay (40%), Furmint and Pinot Blanc (3%) grape varieties. Cooked apple, pear, hazelnut and biscuit appear on the layered nose. It explodes in the mouth, with the zesty palate enriched by blood orange and the feel of lees ageing. The mineral base is kept in balance by the rich dosage, thus the palate is round and the finish is long. It’s a richly detailed sparkling wine with good drinkability. Ageing: a minimum of 22 months.
