Two-thirds Furmint, one-third Chardonnay with citrusy, grapefruit, subtly smoky and Furmint’s sour aromas. Biscuits and tea cakes on the palate with fresh linden honey, grapefruit and lemon. Nice mousse, rich and deep with good structure and a long aftertaste. Minimum ageing on lees of 18-22 months for secondary fermentation, dosage: 10 grams per litre.
