A complex nose with white-fleshed fruits, toasty notes and flowers in the background. Alongside the distinctive Furmint fruit that characterises the traditional method sparkling wines of the house, it’s the Chardonnay that creates the balance, and the whole picture is further coloured by the touch of Pinot Blanc from Somló. Grapefruit, pineapple and tropical fruits, with the hazelnut and brioche notes of long ageing on the lees in the background, with saltiness on the finish. Dosage: 9g/l.
