Made with base wine from the 2018 vintage, the estate has lifted its driest sparkling wine to a higher level. Besides the even drier palate, it is characterised by complexity and balance. Elegance from the Chardonnay dominance with soft bubbles, pronounced acidity, citrusy and delicious notes of ageing, like brioche.
