Most of the traditional method sparkling rosé base wine is from Chardonnay, with a little Pinot Blanc, Furmint and Pinot Noir, coloured with 5% of Kékfrankos red wine. Both the nose and the palate have an emphasis on fruit: strawberry, pomegranate, peach and grapefruit. The bubbles are fine and soft, the acids are lively and the finish is endless.
