The crop of Degenfeld’s own, organically-cultivated vines from the Terézia vineyard, which is located next to the castle hotel and those of the Galambos vineyard in Mezőzombor. Vinified almost entirely at the winery, with only the disgorging carried out at the communal winemaking facility. However, according to the plans, the entire process will soon be done in-house.
The nose is subtly yeasty and fresh with grapefruit aromas, which also continues on the palate, supplemented by minimal aromas of autolysis, in addition to fine acidity and beautiful, tiny bubbles.
