The Sauska winery has added small bottles of traditional method sparkling wine to its assortment. The two basics, the Brut and the Rosé Brut, are now available in 0.375-litre bottles. The contents are the same as the 0.75-litre bottle: it was made from the 2019 base wine, aged on lees for 18 months. The keeping on the lees and disgorging takes place in these mini-bottles, just like in the case of their big brothers. The winery’s recommendation: drink it with a metal straw at a picnic, put it in your bag and take it with you anywhere. It’s small, practical, and can be consumed anywhere!
