A traditional method sparkling wine made from a blend of a Furmint base, along with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The grapes come from Tokaj, harvested by hand, solely from the winery’s own vines. Vinification is carried out in the limestone cellar in Budafok, where a constant and stable temperature is provided. The wine ages for 18 months in barrels, the dosage is 6 g/l. The nose is dominated by citrus, the palate is restrained, mineral and reflects the Tokaj character.
