It’s built on serious foundations: the blend is composed of Furmint, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Tokaj, with a significant amount of reserve wine. When selecting the dosage, they tried to make this sparkling wine exciting, understandable and accessible in every sense, with a good taste and a sense of proportion, while remaining at the lower end of the extra dry category. Sun yellow colour, consistently oozing aromas of honey, quince, apricot and ripe grapes. Zest and energy on the palate with citrus, baked apple, honey and vanilla. It’s vibrantly fresh, really pleasant, round, alive and energetic.
