In the heart of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG lies the hill-studded village of Cartizze, a stunning landscape and the very heart of Prosecco – its Grand Cru. Thanks to mineral-rich soils and southwest-facing vineyards, the grapes harvested here are beautifully ripe and well-rounded. In Cartizze, the traditional belief is in the ‘Dry’ style, with Proseccos historically made here with higher residual sugar. Ripe peach, hazelnut and acacia honey on the palate, with remarkable creaminess and a full, expansive mouthfeel.
