The winery has been producing this since the 1970s, and it was originally dedicated to the women working in the silk factory, but it now enjoys a large fan base. Made from 100% Pinot Noir. The floral, fruity and complex nose is made special by hints of cinnamon and pepper. Wild strawberry and redcurrant dominate the palate. It’s both fresh and substantial, just what you’d expect from a sparkling rosé.
