The Miòl Extra Dry is the friendliest, most approachable wine in the range, and it’s fresh, fruity, floral and smooth. It’s also crafted from Glera grapes from Treviso, yet it stands apart: more expressive fruit, rounder acidity and a softer palate.
Aromas of green apple, ripe peach and pear. The bubbles are more easy-going, the texture silkier. On the palate, the fruit dominates, leading to a subtle citrus finish. The residual sugar integrates seamlessly – just enough to round out the wine without overt sweetness.
