Miòl Extra Dry is the most approachable and easy-going member of the range – fresh, fruity, floral and soft. From Treviso, made from the same Glera, yet different: more fruit, slightly rounder acidity and a gentler palate. Green apple, peach and pear on the nose. The bubbles are softer, the texture smoother. On the palate, fruit takes the lead, finishing with a subtle citrus note. The residual sugar is elegantly integrated, with not too much, but just enough to keep the palate round.
