Particella 68 is one of Sorelle Bronca’s first parcels, located just a few steps from the winery. Its unique terroir is shaped by an altitude of 150-200 metres above sea level, limestone-rich soil, a southeast-facing exposure and significant temperature variation between day and night. Both vineyard work and harvesting are carried out exclusively by hand.

The Prosecco is made from 90% Glera and 10% Bianchetta and Perera grapes, using the Charmat (tank) method. Its distinctive character is completed by four months of ageing on fine lees. Once opened, in the glass it reveals an elegant, subtle mousse, while on the palate, creaminess and fresh, fruity notes of green apple, acacia and peach unfold.
