At one of the smallest estates in the wine region, Livio Bronca's two daughters, Antonella and Ersiliana, produce almost exclusively top-shelf sparkling wines. They harvest by hand from their own 20-hectare area, from 40-year-old vines, the completely manual cultivation is made difficult by the really steep hillside. Their Magnum prosecco is pristinely pure and a real aroma bomb: grapes, pears, white flowers, which are complemented by elegant, refreshing, crisp acids on the palate.
