The soul of the raw material harvested from the steep hillsides around Possagno comes from the clay-limestone soil and the continuous air circulation, which protects the organically grown grapes. Nine months of ageing on lees, with daily stirring, which gives it a rich character and a good structure, in addition to classic prosecco aromas and flavours.

Emilio Pozzobon founded his estate where his father and grandfather used to work as day labourers. At the Case Paolin family estate, the grapes have been cultivated organically from early on. They work on 20 hectares by the River Piave, and make Proseccos and complex reds from the vineyards of different characters.
