This wine was made from 100% Magyarádi Fehér, which is a typical variety of the Ménes wine region, and it wasn’t an accidental choice when Géza Balla was looking for a base wine for a traditional method sparkler. Its white flower and citrus aromas are restrained, leaving enough space for the yeasty, bready notes. The small bubbles are nice, and the wine region’s minerality also appear on the finish.
