This family estate was founded in 1724, and carries the viticultural knowledge of five generations. The naturally cultivated, 70-year-old Xarello and Macabeu vines grow in the Penedés region’s clay and limestone soil. White fruits, pear, lemon, apricot, aromatic spices, bay leaf, plus yeasty aromas in the background. A creamy palate, a salty finish with subtle bitterness. At least 40 months of bottle ageing, 3 grams of residual sugar.
