Situated on the high plains of D.O. Utiel-Requena, 70 km west of Valencia, along the Magro River, the Dominio de la Vega estate was established by three viticultural families over 400 years ago. Thanks to the estate’s modern, innovative winery, the region was granted the right to produce Cava 25 years ago. From organic grapes, hand-harvested and sorted, and cooled processing in a gravity-fed cellar, this organic Cava is made without malolactic fermentation, with low sulphur and minimal residual sugar after 18 months of bottle ageing. It exudes classic Cava flavours, with a subtle mousse and unique local varieties, all in lightweight bottles with a distinctive label. This is a new addition to our Cava selection.
