The royal blue lettering encircling the label spells out the estate’s name. L’Olivera originated in the quieter Costers del Segre appellation in Catalonia, away from the classic cava regions. The local priest, Father Segura, founded a community with those in need, cultivating vineyards and olive groves together. Local Macabeo and Parellada varieties have been organically farmed from the beginning, with nearly 30 years of experience in bottle-fermented sparkling wines.

A blend of Macabeo (70%) and Parellada (30%) from the 2023 vintage. Lemon-yellow color, fine mousse; notes of apple, pear, toast, white flowers, honey and a hint of smokiness.

Low alcohol (11.8%), low sulfur (51 mg/l) and 0.2 g/l residual sugar.
