While most people think in terms of Furmint, Pisti planted two non-native varieties—Chardonnay and Riesling—in the Szent Tamás vineyard, one of Tokaj’s finest terroirs.

If it wasn't obvious by now: Pisti is a devoted, uncompromising believer in Tokaj.
