“We selected endlessly from nine hectares. Eventually, the amount we ended up with was 10% of what we made in 2013. The style is still the same: higher acidity and fresh fruitiness. Wachau inspires me the most regarding this, and based on the feedback, it’s a good direction. Freshness is also the goal when it comes to sweet wines and even part of the aszú ages in tanks.”
