Samuel Tinon - Olaszliszka

“Let’s make a village wine! We were in a buoyant mood, so I’d forgot about it, until someone a couple of days later asked me what I meant by this village wine. It started to come together: we should make the village wine from the best Hárslevelű. 2014 is the second vintage. It was fermented and aged in used barrels; I don’t even have a steel tank. The wine was made and it met with unexpected success. In the meantime, with the help of the local council, a tasting hall is being implemented, next to the church. We are developing, and that’s in the village’s interest.”
