The Nagyon (Very) series continues

rom time to time, we have the “very” wines. There have been full-bodied reds, a summer sparkler, an aromatic Irsai Olivér… and now here is a very bio (organic) wine. In fact, two at once, for the subject of natural grape cultivation and winemaking has been on our minds for years. We came across Győző Dobosi’s family: an always smiling and kind family whose ancestors have been growing grapes in Szentantalfa, a few kilometres from Balaton, since 1700. As far as we’re concerned, no matter how authentic the official stamp is on the bottle, the most important thing is when one looks into the eyes of a winemaker and hears that he really does work with organic cultivation. Because if it’s bio, it should be very bio.
