Faricka Furmint 2021
It has a deep yellow colour, tingling acidity, and beside the peaches, apples, meadow flowers and spices, lean mineral flavours and vibrant liveliness appear on the lingering palate. You shouldn’t look for the complete opposite of the average Furmint in Faricka, but a more mature, balanced, longer and even more unique version of it.
Pinot Noir 2021
The biodynamically grown grapes were picked by hand, then following the sorting, they were placed in the open wooden vats of the Balf cellar. Spontaneous fermentation was followed by 10 months of ageing in used, 5-hectolitre barrels. The elevated character typical of the variety is fused in the best possible ratio with the herbal, deeper flavours we know the estate and the place of growth for.
