Michael Gross and his family appeared in our selection years ago as key producers from Südsteiermark (Southern Styria), with pristinely-pure and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc wines. Now they’re returning with incredibly vibrant and finely-tuned juices and grape musts. Flein is a family venture, a joint project of the Gross brothers and their wives, focused on high-quality grape juices and non-alcoholic drinks. The organically-cultivated grapes are hand-harvested on the lush green slopes of Austria and Slovenia, then processed with the same care known from Gross wines, but without fermentation.

Pressed using methods learned in Champagne, with minimal juice yield, then pasteurised using the finest technology. A fine wine in the body of grape juice. Small berries with thick skins, processed ice-cold and rapidly bottled. Aromatic and vividly green, with notes of spices, kiwi, gooseberry and citrus. 0% alcohol, 100% hand-harvested.

Serve well chilled, on its own, in a wine glass.
