An organic, alcohol-free ginger concentrate from Belgium: it’s a mix of 38% ginger, lemon, herbs and spices. Its strength and spiciness can be controlled with diluting. 
You can consume it as a cold or a warm drink, but it’s also perfect base material for cocktails and mocktails. Keep it refrigerated after opening. 

Basic recipe:
30 ml Gimber diluted with 200 ml of sparkling water
