The cider from Brittany that we introduced last August was a great success. Galipette disappeared from store shelves within weeks. Since then, we’ve re-tasted the entire range and waited until this spring for the second order, and we brought in a new cider, alongside the well-tried Biologique.

GALIPETTE (somersaults in English) recreates Brittany's classic apple cider in a contemporary and small-producer style. It’s pur jus, which means that instead of using concentrate, 100% apple juice is fermented spontaneously with natural sweetness, low alcohol and minimal sulphur content.
