Diederick Evers, from Amsterdam, grew up in a world of tasting and experimenting; his mother runs one of the country's most famous cooking schools. He became acquainted with rare fruits/roots during a trip to South America, and the idea of Sapinca took shape in 2021. The first part of the name refers to the juice of fruits/roots (SAP), and the second part to the indigenous peoples of Latin America (INCA). (Pronounced: Sapinka).
Organically grown special fruits and roots, extracted in copper pots, blended to find the best balance. The result is two explosively flavoursome, bittersweet, spicy elixirs with endless uses: a pure vitamin bomb, a regenerative drink with hot water, a long summer drink with soda and rosemary, or a base for exciting virgin cocktails with other ingredients.
They contains no added sugar or alcohol.

A blend of extracts from 10 indigenous roots. Ginger, turmeric, yacon, horseradish, tapioca, galangal, ashwagandha, orange root, lucuma, lemon and agave. Intense, spicy, citrusy aromas with a spicy, ginger-turmeric aftertaste.
