Made from the same organically-cultivated, protected designation of origin Gönc apricot plantation of Bestillo, from where the pálinka (fruit brandy) is made. It sometimes creates a conflict between Gábor and Móni as to whether they should make jam or pálinka from the apricots. It was made traditionally, without any additives with gentle processing and modern technology, based on a Boldogkőváralja recipe.
