A subtle nod to the winery’s classic: ‘LOIM’ reads backwards as ‘Miòl’ (Bortolomiol’s historical name). The base is Glera grape must, with a delicate mousse achieved through carbonation. A consciously crafted alcohol-free drink that doesn’t try to imitate wine, but builds its own identity. No added sugar, no sweeteners: just pure must, vibrancy and balance.
