The distillery run by father and son fundamentally makes two types of gin: a strongly spiced (Orient) and this lighter Empire, apart from which they also have vodkas. It’s a London Dry style gin with the known ingredients containing juniper, cucumber, Angelica root, lemon, and the rest are secret ingredients that come from the shores of Cape Town. 

It has a light, refreshing, yet complex, surprising flavour with subtle cucumberiness.
