The Never Never Distilling Co. is the story of three people who are lovers of flavours and had the intention to create Australia's most exciting and innovative gin brand. During the preparation, they combined three different distillation processes, in order to show the most sides of the juniper.

First, the juniper berries are macerated for 24 hours in Australian wheat spirit, then the mixture is placed in the still with fresh juniper, and even more juniper is placed in the still at the end, preserving the fresh and floral character of the berries. Other ingredients include coriander seeds, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, lime peel, liquorice, cinnamon and Australian peppercorns.

It shows a lively citrus character on the palate with oily, intense, marked juniper berries and their earthy character.
