An intriguing blend of Caribbean tradition and Mexican craftsmanship, originating from the Dominican Republic. It undergoes an initial aging period of nearly 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels, followed by 14 months in select tequila casks. The agave’s smoky and delicate notes bring a unique character to the rum, resulting in a lively structure with a long finish. The nose exudes layers of cinnamon, caramel, crème brûlée, marzipan and mocha, while the palate reveals caramel, flambéed tropical fruits like pineapple and banana, a hint of sea salt, coffee and cocoa nibs.
