A modern Cognac house, which is managed by Francis Abécassis and his daughter, Elodie. With its 370 hectares, it’s one of the largest independent houses in the Cognac region – there are separate distilleries at each estate, maintaining the terroir and sustainable farming. For distillation, small stills are used, enabling the preservation of the aromas and flavours. This fruity cognac has a fresh structure, apple pie, vanilla, dried fruits, brioche and cinnamon notes.
