A blend of distillates from Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois plots, aged for 4-9 years. It’s a darker amber coloured drink, dominated by the hazelnut, peach aromas alongside the subtle, restrained oaky-vanilla notes. The palate is soft, round and long.
