The meeting of two defining sour cherry growing regions: a blend of the Fürtös variety from Újfehértó and a smaller proportion of sour cherries from Kántorjánosi. The goal was not to find a fixed ratio. The choice of sour cherry was also deliberate: with this pálinka, an experimental line based on blending is being launched.

The distillery does not want to commit to a single style or raw material; instead, they give themselves the freedom to always work with the best fruit of the given year. In terms of character, it is fresh and vibrant, with sweet-sour notes. Rather than the usual chocolatey, marzipan-like direction, it leans toward a pure, crisp, fruit-driven profile.
