The idea was born in summer, when during a tasting of various spiced spirits, it became clear that the unfiltered versions were consistently more characterful, fuller-bodied, livelier and more exciting. This inspired the decision to present the familiar flavours in this unique form. At first glance, there seems to be no difference, but chilling the bottle or adding a few ice cubes reveals a mysterious opalescence. This effect is caused by essential oils from citrus peels, which form larger molecules at lower temperatures, altering the appearance of the spirit.
