The herbal Liqueur of the Monastery of Pannonhalma is made from 15 different herbs which were selected to harmonise with one-another in scent as well as in taste. Its speciality lies in the fact that it was mixed in the best quality calvados so the aromas of the herbs are beautifully amended by the wonderful apple flavour and scent.
