P J Rigney dreamt up his own distillery in the beautiful village of Drumshanbo, at the foot of Sliabh an Iarainn (i.e. iron mountain). He set up 5 pot stills and 2 column stills in the distillery, and the bottles are still filled, labelled and packaged by hand.

Every drop of this special Irish whiskey is distilled three times with malted and unmalted Irish barley and unique Irish Barra oats. Besides its silky structure, you can recognize dried fruits, oak barrel spices and sweet caramel in it. Rich notes of cloves and honey, with delicious aromas of sun-ripened fruits and toasted caramel.
