This Irish whiskey has been created from vintages younger than 10 years old, taking into account maintaining the balance between fruit, maturity, complexity and silkiness. Its uniqueness is provided by the high amount of added malt and its double distillation, which is complemented by bourbon-barrel ageing. These barrels were toasted by the master distiller’s own hands, in order to increase the long-lasting silkiness and sweet finish of the distilled spirit. Coffee and bourbon vanilla, milk chocolate and caramel can be identified on the nose, complemented by the complexity of dried fruits and oak.
