Hand-selected, blended Irish whiskey, made in small batches. As in the case of Dark Symphony, it is made from 20% malt and 80% corn whiskey, with triple distillation. During maturation, the two whiskeys are aged separately in ex-bourbon casks, after which the blend of the two is placed in Oloroso sherry casks for 6 months.

In addition to salted caramel and vanilla, there are gentle citrusy and honey aromas with a hint of nuts. The silky palate is dominated by honey and creamy vanilla, complemented by light oak spices and citrus fruits.
