A puro, that is a tequila made by traditional methods, from 100% blue agave, harvested from volcanic soil rich in basalt and iron. Medicinal herbs, ripe fruits on the nose and on the palate, with the agave’s sweet flavour balanced by the citrus, orange peel and peppery aromas.
