This version of La Maison is not thanks to the distillery itself but an independent French bottler, which used Panamanian molasses rum as the base, which was then distilled in a column still. The exact recipe is kept a secret, but what we do know is that the ingredients include natural and ripe pineapple essence and some herbs. This rum shows that there is almost no ingredient that is not suitable for flavouring rum, especially in the case of tropical fruits. From the first sip to the last, sweet and sour, juicy pineapple awaits us, while next to it, cinnamon also appears, which is complemented by caramel, cloves and grilled pineapple.
