The golden age of Polish vodka production returns in the bottle. The former master distillers made their vodkas based on an old technique dating back to the 19th century, that is, they malted the rye grain, so that it could be dried in ovens. The well-known and used process of whiskey making is germination, which releases an even richer structure, complex aromas and flavours from the grain. The outcome is a rich, full-bodied and complex vodka with aromas of rye bread, honey, walnut and allspice – all wrapped up in a velvety structure.
