The masters of the Belvedere rye distillery represent the 600-year-old expertise of Polish vodka-making, through which they want to show the complexity of Polish grain. The water used for distillation is obtained from artisanal wells, filtered and purified, then mixed with rye from eight domestic growers, and finally distilled four times. Belvedere is kosher-certified and must comply with one of the strictest sets of rules for vodka production in the country. It has a gently creamy nose with a full and round texture, as well as sweet, spicy and nutty notes. Currently, Belvedere is occupied with three important innovative developments: green energy, organic products and sustainable packaging.
