Adamus Dry gin comes from Portugal and is made in the Bairrada region. It’s a hand-produced, organic gin with 18 types of carefully selected ingredients, the basis of which is the Baga grape, a special local variety. Ingredients such as hibiscus, juniper, orange, lemon, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and sage are not hidden by the distiller, but they keep the others on the list to themselves.

The ingredients made up by 18 different organically-grown botanicals are specially distilled using a steam infusion process and are mixed only after distillation.
