A Mediterranean gin from Barcelona. Juniper, pine wax and black pepper on the nose, then the palate is crispy with lots of green spices, citrus, plus cardamom and bay leaf in the background. The botanical ingredients (kaffir lime, lemon, coriander, cardamom, bay leaf) were macerated for 4-10 days, then distilled separately and finally added to the drink distilled with juniper berries. A silky and light gin.
