A London Dry in style, robust but extremely elegant gin from Cotswolds Distillery. Made in a unique copper still that was designed specifically for Cotswold’s needs. Besides the three classic medicinal herbs (juniper berry, coriander, angelica), lavender, bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper and cardamom seeds are also added to this wheat-based distillate, for the sake of complexity and excitement. The juniper dominates both on the nose and the palate, while the aromas and the flavours of the citrus fruits and added spices also appear. Enjoy it neat, on ice or with tonic on hot summer evenings.
